IP Deep User Service Agreement

Introduction

The IP Deep User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between the user ("you") and the operator of IP Deep (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "IP Deep") regarding matters related to IP Deep's official website, API interfaces, and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

Please carefully read all contents of this Agreement (in particular, the clauses regarding your rights, obligations, and liability limitations marked in bold/underlined or other ways). If you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement by checking a box, clicking to confirm, actually using the Services, or in other ways, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, and this Agreement shall have legal effect between you and IP Deep.

Article 1 General Provisions

1. Before using the Services, you have fully read, understood, and accepted all contents of this Agreement and the IP Deep Privacy Agreement. Once you use the Services, it means you agree to abide by all the provisions of this Agreement.
2. You agree that we have the right to update this Agreement and the corresponding service rules at any time. After the update, we will notify you through announcements on the official website or other means. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to terminate the use of the Services before the new agreement takes effect. If you continue to use the Services, it shall be deemed that you accept the new agreement.
3. You confirm that when you complete account registration or actually use the Services in other ways, you shall be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full capacity for civil conduct. If you do not have the aforesaid subject qualification, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with legal provisions.

Article 2 Scope of the Agreement

1. This Agreement is an agreement between you and IP Deep regarding the use of the Services.
2. The services provided by IP Deep to you mainly include the acquisition, use of proxy IPs and related technical support, and the specific service content shall be subject to what we actually provide.
3. The contents of this Agreement also include the IP Deep Privacy Agreement and other special agreements or rules that we may issue. The aforesaid contents are all integral parts of this Agreement, and you shall also abide by them.

Article 3 Account and Password Security

1. You need to register an IP Deep account to use our services. When you complete the registration process or actually use the services, you shall be bound by this Agreement.
2. You promise that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete, legal and valid. If the information changes, you shall update it in a timely manner. You shall bear full responsibility for all actions under your account.
3. To ensure account and transaction security, we have the right to require you to complete real-name authentication. Only after passing the authentication can you obtain the qualification to use the full services.
4. The IP Deep account is limited to your own use, and it is strictly prohibited to transfer, lend, or share it to others in any form.You shall bear all legal consequences for all operational actions under the account.
5. You shall properly keep your account and password, and all losses caused by your improper custody shall be borne by you.

Article 4 User Behavior Norms

1. You promise and guarantee that you will not use IP Deep services to engage in any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to:
   • (1) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
   • (2) Engaging in network attacks, web crawling, scanning, penetration, or other behaviors that damage the stability of others' systems or steal others' data;
   • (3) Sending spam, engaging in fraudulent activities, or spreading malware or viruses;
   • (4) Unauthorized access to others' computer systems or data;
   • (5) Infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;
   • (6) Violating the Robots protocol of the target website, or conducting high-frequency access to the target website that causes excessive pressure on the server;
   • (7) Any other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.
2. You understand and agree that we have the right to investigate your alleged violations of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, and take measures including but not limited to suspending services, terminating cooperation, freezing accounts, etc., without assuming any liability.

Article 5 Service Fees and Account Freezing

1. We may modify and change the standards and methods of paid services as needed, and announce them in advance through the official website. If you do not agree, you shall stop using the service.
2. You know and agree that we have the right to freeze the account and funds under your name in any of the following circumstances:
   • (1) Requirements of national laws, regulations, judicial organs, or administrative authorities;
   • (2) Your use behavior is suspected of violating national laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement;
   • (3) You are complained by others, and the complainant provides preliminary evidence;
   • (4) Other circumstances that we deem may pose risks based on reasonable judgment.

Article 6 Provision of Services "As Is" and Suspension

1. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We cannot foresee and prevent all legal, technical, and other risks at any time. We shall be exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law for service interruptions, data loss, etc. that may be caused by force majeure, defects in third-party services, cyber attacks, system instability, or other reasons.
2. In order to provide you with more complete services, we may conduct routine maintenance, which may cause short-term service interruptions, and we shall not be liable to you for this.
3. It is your responsibility to back up the data stored in the Services by yourself. If your service is terminated, we have the right to permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.

Article 7 Intellectual Property Rights

1. The intellectual property rights of the content provided by IP Deep in the Services (including but not limited to web pages, texts, pictures, software, codes, etc.) belong to us.
2. The data generated by you in the use of the Services belongs to you, but we have the right to use it for the purpose of service operation. Without our written permission, no one shall reverse engineer, decompile, or extract excerpts from IP Deep services.

Article 8 Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including business losses, loss of income, loss of profits, data loss, etc.) related to or arising from this Agreement.
2. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us for the service that gives rise to the claim.

Article 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Chinese mainland.
2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where this Agreement is signed.

1. If you have any comments or suggestions on this Agreement or the Services, you can contact us through official customer service at any time.
2. The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and do not affect the meaning of the clauses themselves.
